To the woman who is holding it all together — or not.
The mother. The survivor. The seeker. The soft soul. The quiet warrior.
This space is for you.
Life has asked so much of you.
You’ve carried pain quietly, juggled roles no one sees, healed in silence, loved without return, fought battles no one knows about — and still, you wake up and give.
This page is a sanctuary for the many faces of womanhood —
Not the polished version, but the real one.
Women carry invisible weights:
But here, we do things differently.
We tell the truth.
We rest.
We rise together.
We remember our power.
We rewrite the rules.
Compassion
For the version of you that is tired, raw, or unraveling
Empowerment
To reclaim your voice, your boundaries, your body, your story
Sisterhood
Because we were never meant to do this alone
Truth-telling
Because healing begins where pretending ends
Softness
Because staying tender is radical
Fire
Because sometimes rising looks like burning it all down
We navigate:
We are often told we’re “too much” or “not enough.”
Here, we’re exactly who we are.
We offer spaces, sessions, and sisterhood for women ready to reconnect with themselves.

I created this space because I’ve walked through the fire, too.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood, in survival, in silence.
And I also know what it feels like to return — softer, wiser, and more you than ever.
This is not about fixing yourself.
This is about finding yourself — again and again.
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to begin again.
You are allowed to be powerful and soft all at once.
Welcome home.
With love,
Agnes

You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
This session is for the woman standing at the edge of change — feeling the pull toward something more, but unsure how to begin. You may not have the words yet, only a quiet knowing that it’s time to rise.
Maybe you’re moving through grief, a life shift, or the unraveling of old roles.
Maybe you’re burnt out, emotionally exhausted, or simply done with holding everything together.
Whatever brought you here — this is a space to begin.
The Rising Session is a 60-minute private session designed to help you reconnect to your truth, your voice, and your next step.
This is not coaching. This is not therapy.
This is deep space-holding, intuitive guidance, and gentle clarity work.
You don’t need a plan. You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to show up — as you are.
Every session is different, but may include:
You’ll also receive a personalized follow-up with prompts, guidance, and next steps to help you carry the session forward.
“I had no idea where to begin. This session gave me the space to breathe and remember who I am. I left feeling clear, calm, and more myself than I’ve felt in years.”
“It wasn’t about fixing anything. It was about finally being seen — and from there, everything shifted.”
You don’t need to have the words. You don’t need to be ready.
Just come as you are.

Over the last few weeks, something unexpected happened.
Strangers — women I had never met — started sharing their stories with me. Quiet moments in passing. Long messages. Small conversations that somehow opened into something deeper.
Stories of pain, of loss, betrayal, of burnout. Stories about motherhood, identity, divorce, trauma, loneliness, longing.
All different, yet somehow the same.
I didn’t go looking for these stories — they found me.
And I took it as a sign.
A sign that we are all holding so much.
That so many women are walking around with unspoken heaviness.
That behind our busyness and strength and resilience, we are craving space to be real, soft, angry, tired, seen.
I’ve worked with many women over the years, but this felt different. These strangers reminded me of the invisible thread connecting us all. I saw the parallels. I felt the ache. I knew I had to do something more.
This page is that “something more.”
Not just a service, but a space — for truth, for healing, for remembering who we are.
Not alone. Not performing. Just real.
