• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
   
• Workshops/Team Consulting: Organizational consulting and workshops require at least 7 business days’ notice to reschedule. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
